

New season, fresh start
As the leaves change color and the temperature gets colder, I always find myself reflecting on the summer months and preparing for the end of the year. (End of the year? When did that happen?) I have a mentor. What’s interesting about my mentor, is that she doesn’t know she is. You read that correctly: I haven’t told my mentor that I’ve chosen her as someone to look up to in my career choices and aspirations.
